摘要
以芦丁为对照品,用分光光度法初试了醇提法从锁阳(CynomoriumsongaricumRupr.)干燥肉质茎中提取有效成分黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件.结果表明:以50%的乙醇水溶液为溶媒,料液比为1∶40,在80℃下回流1.5h,提取效果最好.
Taking rutin as a comparison, we studied the optimal conditions for extracting flavonoid compounds from Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. The results showed that the highest extraction rate of flavonoids could be obtained with 50% aqueous ethanol refluxing at a ratio of solid to liquid 1∶40, at 80℃ and back watering 1.5 h.
