摘要
我国的食用菌产量世界第一,食用菌的营养价值及医疗保健价值愈来愈为世人所重视,本文就近期国内外对食用菌的保健及药用产品的综合开发作以论述。
The annual output of our edible fungus industry has been taken the first place in the world The edible fungus＇s nutritive value and medical treatment healthful were more and more attached importance to by man.This paper discuss the synthetical development to the edible fungus＇s healthful and pharmaceutical productions at home and over sea in the near future .
