摘要
从纳豆样品中分离筛选到一株产纳豆激酶的细菌,编号为BN-6。通过单因素实验和正交实验确定了液体发酵纳豆激酶的最佳条件:大豆蛋白胨1%、蔗糖2%、培养温度35℃,初始pH=8.0,培养时间24h。在最佳条件下,该菌产酶纤溶活力超过1000尿激酶单位/毫升发酵液。
A strain BN-6 of producing nattokinase was screened from natto. By single factor test and orthogonal,the best fermentation conditions of producing nattokinase were soybean tryptone 1%,sucrose 2 %, temperature 35 ℃, pH=8.0, 24 hours.In this conditions,the enzyme's fibrinolytic activity could reach more than 1 000 urokinase unit per millilitre broth.
