摘要
采用Discover微波精确有机合成系统,单模聚焦微波辐射技术及电脑微控和空压气体同步冷却技术,研究了在催化剂作用下以正丙醇合成正丙醚的反应,考察了在Discorer微波精确有机合成系统下,分析了微波功率,辐射时间,催化剂用量对转化率的影响。通过实验确定了最佳工艺条件:正丙醇30 mL,催化剂0.2%,微波辐射时间为9 min,最大功率为150 W。产品经傅立叶红外光谱仪表征,证实与目标产物完全一致。
The n - dipropyl ether was synthesized by n - proyl alchol under the effect of the catalyst, by the discover line of focused sythesis insturmenation . It was the only line of synthesis instrumentation that did not require manual tuning. The discover system offered the largest single - mode focused microwave irradiation along with the computer control and cooling by constringent air technology. In the effect of the discover system, the factors influencing on conversion of the n - propyl alcohol were investigated by experiment. The optimal synthesis conditions for the n - propyl ether were obtained as follows : the volume of the n - butyl slcohol was 31 mL,the mass fraction of catalyst was 0.2% ,irradiation time was 9 min and the microwave power was 150 W . The product was characterized by the FT - IR Spectrum. The result showed that the product was the aimed one.
