摘要
本文用LI-6400便携式光合作用测定系统(L i-cor,Inc.USA)研究了杨梅属矮杨梅、杨梅植物叶片的Pn、Gs、Tr、WUE等参数对短期CO2浓度升高的响应,并运用光合作用辅助软件计算了它们的Rday、CCP、Am ax、Vc-m ax、Jm ax。结果表明:CO2浓度升高过程中,2种植物Pn和WUE增大,而Gs和Tr降低,Gs和Tr间呈极显著的正相关关系;它们的Rday、CCP、Am ax没有显著差异,而Vcm ax、Jm ax为矮杨梅大于杨梅。研究认为,短期CO2浓度升高有利于增强两植物的保水能力、抗旱性,有利光合作用的进行。两植物相比较,总的情况是短期内矮杨梅对CO2浓度升高的响应大于杨梅。
LI -6400 photosynthesis measure system was used to measure the responses of Pn, Tr, Gs and WUE of Myrica nana and M. rubra to short - term elevated CO2, and the Rday.CCP.Amax.Vcmax and Jmax were calculated by photosynthesis assistant software according to Pn - CO2 curve. Results were summarized as follow: the Pn and WUE increased with the increase of CO2 concentrations, while Gs and Tr decreased with the increase of CO2 concentrations. There was an extremely significant correlation between Gs and Tr. Rday, CCP and Amax were no significant difference between M. nana and M. rubra, while M. nana was bigger than M. rubra in Vcmax and Jmax. The study showed that short - term increase of CO2 concentrations was of great advantage to strengthen the capacity of humidity guarantee, drought resistance and photosynthesis. Both M. nana and M. rubra showed positive responses to the short - term increase of CO2 concentrations, but the extent of response was different, M. nana was beyond M. rubra in the mass.
