白色念珠菌体外人工诱导耐药模型的建立 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究白色念珠菌耐药性产生的过程,建立白色念珠菌的体外耐药模型。方法:采用最低抑菌浓度(MIC)倍倍增加方法对白色念珠菌标准菌株和临床分离敏感菌株进行氟康唑和氟康唑加阿苯达唑(2 mg.L-1)2种不同诱导途径的体外耐药性诱导,得到的耐药子代在无药酵母抽提物蛋白胨葡萄糖(YEPD)液体培养基中进行传代培养,观察MIC的变化情况。结果:经2种不同途径进行耐药性诱导,受试菌株均获得耐药性,但其耐药程度不同;耐药子代经过42 d的无药传代后MIC值无明显变化。结论:通过体外人工诱导获得了白色念珠菌氟康唑耐药模型,并且该获得性耐药稳定性较好;阿苯达唑可促进耐药性的产生。
