摘要
在分析刨花板供胶系统特性的基础上,提出以开环比例控制为主、PID控制作为参数整定手段的控制方法,并以此为基础,采用单片机,设计了相对独立、完整的智能化控制仪表。利用工控组态软件设计人机界面,可构成一个高性价比的人造板调供胶控制系统。
Based on an analysis of characters of a glue dosing system for particleboard production, the authors proposed a self-adaptive control method which was established on an open loop proportional control and using PID control as a tool for parameter tuning. They also designed a special intelligent instrument to equip this control method. Linking this instrument with a host computer in which industrial control configuration software could be used to develop a friendly HMI,a high-quality and low-cost control system was obtained.
