摘要
互联网技术的迅猛发展,为网络课程开辟了广阔的发展空间,网络课程的运用带给高职院校一种全新的教学模式。在《人力资源管理》网络课程的开发中,学生学习、教师教学的建构成为课题研究的重要问题之一。从《人力资源管理》网络课程的学习与教学方案与评价方案等方面阐述探索的结果,进一步提出下一步要研究的问题。
With the rapid grow of the Internet, a wide space of development for the networkbased course has been opened up. A newly teaching mode is brought to us by the application of network - based course. In the development of the network - based course of "Human Resource Management", the construction of learning and teaching became one of the important problems of the 151 research work. This article presents the result finding from the aspects of the course learning, teaching scheme and evaluating scheme etc. It also gives the problems that are needed to be studied further.
