摘要
本文把电磁动态振动技术引入到金属粉末注塑成形中,对其型坯密度进行测试和分析,来探讨振动频率和振幅对型坯性能的影响。结果表明:施加振动后,型坯密度大大提高,且随着振动频率或振幅的不断增大,密度值达到最大后呈缓慢下降趋势。
The electromagnetic dynamic injection molding machine was used to produce green parts, and the products were tested to study the influence of vibration frequency and amplitude on the properties of products. The results show that the density can be enhanced by electromagnetic vibration.The density is increased to a maximum then reduced gradually with the vibration frequency or amplitude.
