摘要
自我教育是学生政治思想工作的重要内容之一,是思想政治教育的有效方法和途径,适合青年学生心理发展的客观要求。要想充分发挥自我教育在青年学生思想政治工作中的最佳效能,教育工作者必须要把握好以下几点:(1)注重提高青年学生的自我教育能力;(2)有针对性地运用自我教育方法;(3)积极创造良好的教育环境;(4)坚持正面灌输和自我教育相结合的基本原则。
Self-education adapting the objective request of the Youth＇s psychological development and beneticial to mobilize their initiative to accept education is an important content and effective approach. To bring its best effect, educators have to heighten student＇s self-education capacity, apply different ways pertinently, build a round environment positively and insist on the basic principal of positive indoctrination and self-education.
