摘要 P in 1是人类多肽脯氨酰基顺/反异构酶,能特异性地催化磷酸化的丝/苏-脯氨酸基序发生异构,改变底物蛋白的构象,调节底物蛋白的功能。最近的研究显示,P in 1在多种肿瘤组织中过度表达,且其过度表达能激活多条致癌通路,被称为肿瘤发生的催化分子。笔者就P in 1在肿瘤发生中的作用及机制进行综述。
