摘要
从业主角度分析论述了建设工程实施阶段存在的各种风险,如设计技术风险、施工技术风险、自然环境风险、社会政治风险和合同风险等,并提出了相应的应对措施。同时分析了现阶段转移、规避风险的两种途径:工程担保和工程保险。
This paper analyses the construction works risk of the practice stage , such as design technique risk ,construction technique risk、natural environment risk、social politics risk and contract risk ,and propose the solution way. It analyses two ways to branch and free the risk ： construction guarantee and construction insurance.
