摘要
高校国有资产管理的滞后性,导致了国有资产管理的混乱局面,高校加强国有资产管理已到了刻不容缓的态势。建立健全国有资产管理体系和管理制度,从计划、采购、验收、使用、维护、盘存、转让、报废等各个环节入手,重点做好资产购置计划、资产验收及日常综合管理等工作,保证国有资产的保值、增值,实现物尽其用,才尽其力的良好局面。
The lagging of state-owned assets management in colleges and universities has given rise toa muddle. So it is of great urgency to enhance the management, and to establish and improve the management system. It is first important to do the following, plans for purchases of assets, assets acceptances, usual integrated management, and so on, so as to ensure the inflation proof and appreciation of the state-owned assets and make the best use of the assets.
