摘要
贵重仪器设备是高校国有资产管理的重点,在新的形势下,又成为设备系统管理的难点。文章分析了目前高校管理的现状,剖析了制约其利用率 提高的因素,提出了具体改进的措施。
To manage the precious instrument and equipment is the focal point in the university.But in the present situation ,the management becomes difficult.This article analyses the current situation of the university management,and also analyses the factors to reduce the using rate.At last,the author puts forward the proposal to improve the using rate.
