摘要
本文采用气相色谱法,使用HP-1石英毛细管柱和FID检测器,对混剂中的辣椒碱与烟碱进行分离与定量。通过对异喹啉、磷酸三苯酯、癸二酸二丁酯3种内标物的筛选实验,得到磷酸三苯酯最适合做为本方法的内标物,分析结果表明辣椒碱和烟碱的线性相关系数分别为1.000 0、0.999 9;标准偏差分别为0.010、0.052,变异系数分别为0.016%、0.59%;回收率分别在98.9%～101.5%和99.6%～101.2%之间。
A method for determination of Capsaicin and Nicotine in mixture by GC with HP-1 column and FID deterctor was introduced. The iso-quinolne, Triphenyl phosphate, Dibutyl sebacate were tested as internal standard. Triphenyl phosphate was the best as internal standard. The results showed that the linear correlations were 1.000 0 and 0.999 9, the standard deviations were 0.010 and 0.052, the coefficients of variation were 0.016% and 0.59% , the average recoveries were between 98.9% ～101.5% and 99.6% ～101.2% for Capsaicin and Nicotine respectively o
