摘要
用磷钨酸催化合成癸二酸二丁酯 ,考察了诸因素对酯化率的影响 ,产品经IR鉴定。确定酯化反应的最佳条件为 :癸二酸 5 0mmol,n(癸二酸 )∶n(正丁醇 ) =1∶4 ,催化剂 0 .5g(反应物总质量的 1.7% ) ,反应时间 2h ,酯化率达 96 .4 6 %。
Dibutyl sebacate was synthesized using phosphotungstic acid as a catalyst. The influential factors of the reaction were studied and the product was identified by IR. The optimum reaction conditions with a yield 96.46% were as follows: sebacic acid 50mmol, n(sebacic acid)∶n(n butanol)=1∶4, phosphotungstic acid 0.5g (1.7% of system total mass), reaction time 2.0h.
