FDTD Simulation of Effective Dielectric Constant of a Two-Dimensional Photonic Crystal with Carbon Nanotubes

摘要 把有序排列的碳纳米管看做二维光子晶体,引入平均场方法,先计算单根纳米碳管的有效介电常数,再用时域有限差分方法(FDTD)计算碳管阵列的有效介电常数,其结果与Maxwell-Garnett(MG)法结果相比,更接近实验数据. We calculate effective dielectric constant of a single carbon nanotube with the mean field method. A finite difference time domain method is used to simulate the effective dielectric constant of two-dimensional photonic crystal which is formed with carbon nanotubes. Compared with Maxwell-Gamett's method,these results are closer to the experimental data.
