摘要
发展哲学是时代的产物,是在实践发展过程中形成的系统化、理论化的发展观。当今发展观理论经历了传统发展理论、生态哲学和发展哲学三个阶段,将以人为本为核心价值的发展哲学成为更好推动可持续发展的发展理论。以人为本作为发展哲学的核心价值,有着丰富的内涵,为发展哲学成为科学的发展观提供了前提,并从本质上要求我们在物质文明、精神文明和政治文明等方面坚持以人为本。以人为本成为当代经济社会发展的基本原则。
Development philosophy is the product of era, which is the systematized and theorized view of development formed in the practice process. Modem theories of development have experienced three steps including the traditional development theory, ecology philosophy and development philosophy. Development philosophy whose core value is ‘putting people first＇ will become the development theory that well impeh the sustainable development. As the core value of development philosophy, ‘ putting people first＇ has a rich connotation and makes development philosophy a scientific approach to development by providing a premise. At the same time, it requires us essentially stick to ‘ putting people first＇ in aspect of material, spiritual and pohtical civilization, ‘Putting people first＇ becomes the basic principle of development to economy and society.
