高效液相色谱法测定佐米曲普坦中D型异构体的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立佐米曲普坦中D型异构体的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,紫外检测波长为280 nm,以正己烷-异丙醇(40:60) 流动相,Chiralpak AD-H手性柱为色谱柱。结果佐米曲普坦与其D型异构体达到基线分离;D型异构体浓度线性范围为1.5-1 200 μg/mL 检测限为0.5μg/mL,定量限为1.5 μg/mL,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.2%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、可靠,适合佐米曲普坦生产的质量控制。
