摘要
本文从浙江中小企业实施敏捷制造的意义出发,紧扣敏捷制造的组成结构,对影响浙江中小企业敏捷性的主要因素进行分析,探讨适合浙江本土的敏捷制造之路。认为实施敏捷制造绝不单纯是先进制造技术的问题,更重要的是要转变传统的企业经营理念和全面提升员工素质,并通过建立通畅的企业信息网搭建虚拟制造平台。
In order to pursue a path for Zhejiang native enterprises＂ agile manufacturing, the paper studies the primary factors which affect the Zhejiang enterprises＂ agility firstly, according to the composition structure of agile manufacturing, in the view of significance to Zhejiang enterprises. More importantly, it believes that the implementation of agile manufacturing is not only the advanced manufacture technology, but also the transformation of traditional management idea and promoting the staff quality comprehensively, including building the hypothesized manufacture platform by the establishment of unobstructed enterprise information network.
