摘要
探讨了敏捷制造的方法论和关键技术，提出了敏捷制造的总体技术体系，该体系包括敏捷制造方法论和敏捷制造综合基础两大部分：前者包括敏捷制造哲理、敏捷制造描述体系和敏捷制造实施方法三大部分，后者包括敏捷制造的三层基础结构（信息基础结构、组织基础结构和智能基础结构）和四类使能技术（敏捷制造信息服务技术、敏捷管理技术、敏捷设计技术、可重组可重用的制造技术），为敏捷制造的实施提供了一个指导性框架。
An architecture of the general technology of agile manufacturing(AM) is presented, which is composed by two main parts: the methodology of AM and the integrated infrastructure of AM. The methodology of AM is composed by three parts: the philosophy of AM, the discription architecture of AM and the implementation methods of AM. The integrated infrastructures of AM is composed by two parts: three layers of infrastructures of AM and four kinds of AM enabling technologies. This architecture can be used in the implementation of AM.
