摘要
以30%玻纤增强的聚酰胺66(PA66)为对象,用紫外加速仪研究了辐照时间对玻纤增强PA66的吸湿率、力学性能和形貌的影响进行研究,探讨了玻纤增强PA66的老化机理。实验结果表明:玻纤增强聚酰胺经紫外老化后的吸湿率显著低于未增强聚酰胺;玻纤增强聚酰胺的拉伸强度、弯曲强度显著提高,紫外老化后力学性能保持率较高;玻纤增强聚酰胺抗老化的机理可能是玻璃纤维阻止了聚酰胺老化裂纹的进一步扩展,同时减缓了外界因素对聚酰胺本体的进一步侵蚀,老化速度减慢。
The influence of irradiation time on the moisture absorption, mechanical properties and morphology of the PA 66 reinforced by glass fiber were studied by means of ultraviolet accelerator, and the aging mechanism of the glass fiber reinforced PA 66 was inquired. The results showed the moisture absorption of the aged PA 66 reinforced by glass fiber was much lower than that of the non-reinforced one, the tensile strength and bending strength of the reinforced one were improved obviously, and the retention rate of the mechanical properties of the aged PA 66 reinforced by glass fiber was high. The aging mechanism of the glass fiber reinforced PA 66 was that the glass fiber might stop the further extension of the cracking of PA, and prevent PA from the erosion by outside factors, slowing down the aging.
