摘要
探讨了钒以及热处理工艺对高铬锰白口铸铁组织和性能的影响.结果表明:在高铬锰白口铸铁中加入一定数量的钒,能细化晶粒,改善碳化物的形态和分布,提高力学性能.在含钒量为0.25%~0.5%时,热处理温度为1 000 ℃时,其力学性能最佳.
The effects of V on the microstructures and properties of high Cr-Mn white cast iron was Investigated in this paper. The experiment results showed that V could refine grain, change carbide morphologh and distributed of high Cr-Mn white cast iron, and increase mechanical properties. The Optimum chemical composition of V was 0.25% - 0.5%, and heat-treatment temperature of high Cr-Mn white cast iron was 1000℃.
