摘要
文章认为,粗大的马氏体组织、晶界碳化物以及沿晶界分布的“第二相”组织是促使马氏体不锈钢产生裂纹的主要原因。生产实践表明,马氏体不锈钢中加入0.1%~0.45%的钒后,可细化晶粒、减少晶界碳化物并抑制“第二相”组织生成,因此可提高钢的抗裂性。
It holds that main causes promoting crack on martensite stainless steel are gross martensite and crystal boundary carburet and secondary phase distributed along crystal boundary. Practices in production have shown that an addition of 0.1% to 0.45% V can fine crystal grain and decrease crystal boundary carburet and restrain occuring of secondary phase hence improvement of crack resistance of steel.
