摘要
目的:探讨COX-2和Mcl-1蛋白在B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B-NHL)中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测43例B-NHL和10例淋巴结反应性增生组织中COX-2和Mcl-1蛋白的表达。结果:COX-2和Mcl-1蛋白在B-NHL中的阳性表达率分别为55.8%(24/43)和65.1%(28/43),明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。侵袭性B-NHL患者COX-2蛋白的表达要高于惰性组,Mcl-1的表达也有同样规律(P<0.01和P<0.05)。COX-2和Mcl-1蛋白的阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:COX-2和Mcl-1在B-NHL中的表达上调以及两者之间的阳性表达呈正相关,推测两者可能存在共同的激活机制,在B-NHL的发生和发展中具有重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of COX-2 and Mcl-1 in B cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (B-NHL). Methods: The expression of COX-2 and Mcl-1 in 43 cases of B-NHL and 10 cases of reactive lymph node hyperplasia were detected by immunohistochemical streptavidin-biotin peroxidase method. Results: The expression rate of COX-2 and Mcl-1 in B-NHL was 55. 8% (24/43) and 65. 1%(28/43) respectively. Compared with the control, the difference was statistically significance(P〈0.05). The expression of COX-2 in patients with aggressive B-NHL was higher than that of patients with indolent B-NHL (P〈0. 01). The expression of Mcl-1 showed the same tendency(P〈0. 05). COX-2 expression was positively correlated with Mcl-1 expression( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: There may be a common activation mechanism between COX-2 and Mcl-1 expressions and they may play an important role in the development and progression of B-NHL.
