摘要
结合国际航运和海商法的实践，围绕船舶抵押权与船舶优先权、海上货物运输合同以及船舶碰撞等方面的法律适用问题，探讨了荷兰１９９３年有关海商法和内河法的国际私法规则。
On the basis of the practice of international shipping and maritime law, this article dwells on Dutch Act Containing some Provisions of Private international Law with Respect to Maritime Law and inland Waterway Law, 1993 which relates to the proper law on mortgage of ships, maritime lien, contract of carriage of goods by sea and collision.
