摘要
文章从猪初乳中提纯得到IgA。猪初乳经过饱和硫酸铵盐析后,依次应用Seph-adex G-200凝胶过滤、DEAE-纤维素-52离子交换和Sephadex G-200凝胶过滤层析,分离得到猪IgA,经双相扩散免疫,免疫电泳和SDS-PAGE电泳鉴定可达电泳纯。
Porcine immunoglobulinA （IgA） was isolated from porcine colostrums. IgA was purified by precipition with different-saturation of ammonium sulfate（SAS）, gel filtration on Sephadex G-200, chromatography on DEAE-ceUulose-52 ion-exchange and gel filtration on Sephadex G-200 in order, and identified with double agar immunodiffudion, immunoelectrophoresis and SDS-PAGE. The result showed that obtained IgA was high-purificated.
