摘要 对近十年文献的检索,分析经典抗精神病药物和非经典抗精神病药物对分裂症患者催乳素的影响,了解不同药物对催乳素的影响,客观地认知抗精神病药物,从而指导临床用药。 By researching some relevant documants in recent ten years , the effects of typical and atypical antipsychotic agents on serum prolactin in patients with schizophrenia were analysed, and that of various kinds of atypical drugs on PRL were analysed too. These could help us recognize antipsychotic drugs objectively, and guide us how to use medicines in clinic.
