摘要
在知识经济条件下,决定企业市场竞争力强弱的决定要素已经由物质资本变为人力资本,企业人才战略正逐步成为企业发展并走向成功的关键要素。针对当前企业人才战略中普遍存在的认知误区,从企业发展战略的角度入手,探讨企业人才战略的制度建设,给出恰当的思考和建议。
In the knowledge economy, the elements which decide the competitive strength of the enterprise in the market has been changed from the capital of material to the capital of human resources, so the strategy of the talents is gradually becoming a key factor for an enterprise, which leads to successful development. In view of the prevailing cognitive mistakes in the current strategies of the talents, the author of this article expresses his personal thinking and proposals besides focusing on how to construct strategy system from the perspective of enterprise development.
