摘要
本文介绍了塑料挤出机的工作过程以及张力控制的特点,并针对目前塑料挤出机张力控制存在的问题,提出了将变频调速技术应用于挤出机张力控制的方法。VACON变频器具有可编程功能,编程工具VACON NC1131-3 Engineering是一个符合IEC61131-3标准的图形化的编程工具,它可以用来设计VACON NX 特殊的控制逻辑和参数。实践证明,VACON变频器可以实现塑料挤出机的恒张力控制,提高调速精度, 降低成本,并且操作简单,运行稳定,具有很好的市场推广价值。
This paper introduces the work process of the plastic extrusion machine and the characteristic of the tension control. Aim at the current problem of the tension control in extrusion machine, we proposes a project that applying the frequency control technique to the tension control of extrusion machine inverter adjustable speed frequency conversion VACON inverter is programmable, Block-programming tool Vacon NC I 131-3 Engineering is accord with the IEC61131-3 standard, it is a graphical design tool used for customizing the control logic and parameters in the VACON NX. Through practical test that the project of apply VACON inverter in the extrusion machine realize the constant tension control, improve the adjustable frequency precision, decrease the cost and operate conveniently, run steadily, so has great market value,
