摘要
以正丁醇和正丁酸为原料,用自制的PW12/C催化剂催化合成丁酸丁酯。通过考查合成丁酸丁酯的各影响因素,得出其最佳实验条件:磷钨酸负载量为21%左右,醇酸摩尔比为1.5∶1,反应时间2.5 h,催化剂用量为酸质量的2%,带水剂甲苯10 ml,其酯化率可达94.5%。并对催化剂重复使用效果进行了实验,催化剂重复使用至第6次,其酯化率仍可达到90.7%。该法与传统浓硫酸作催化剂相比,具有催化剂用量少,活性高,不腐蚀设备,易分离,可重复使用等优点。
Catalyzed by home- made PW12/C,butyl butyrate was synthesized from butanol and butyric acid.From the study on influence faetors, the optimal condition for the synthesis of butyl butyrate was got as follows:the supported amount by the phosphotungstic acid was about 21% .The molar ratio of butanol and butyric was 1.5 : 1 and the reaction time was 2.5 hours. The amount af catalyst was as 2% as the mass of butyric; the amount of toluene as water carrying agent was 10 ml. Finally,the esterification yield reached 94.5% .Catalyst was used repeatedly,and the sixth esterification yield could still reach 90.7% .Compared with the method of catalyzing by concentrated sulfuric acid, this method had many advantages, such as low amount of catalyst, high catalytic activity, non - corrosion, repeatable usage and easier separation etc.
