摘要
以活性炭负载磷钨酸为催化剂,丁酮与1,2-丙二醇为原料催化合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮。研究了丁酮与1,2-丙二醇量比、催化剂用量及反应时间等反应条件对收率的影响。结果表明,在丁酮与1,2-丙二醇的量比为1∶1.5,催化剂的用量占反应物料总质量的1.0%,反应时间为1h的条件下,丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达81.8%。
Butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal is synthesized by butanone and 1,2-propanediol with the presence of phosphotungstic acid catalyst supported on active carbon. The influences of the molar ratio of butanone to 1,2-propanediol, the dosage of catalyst and the reaction time on the yield are studied. The results show, when the molar ratio of butanone to 1,2-propanediol is 1∶1.5, the mass ratio of catalyst to reactants is 1.0%, and the reaction time is 1 h, then the yield of butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal is up to 81.8%.
