摘要
为了增加S iO2的功能以拓展它的应用范围,采用醇盐水解法制备S iO2粉末,并对其水合性能进行讨论。制备过程发现,氨水及正硅酸乙酯浓度都对S iO2的粒径及水合性能有所影响。采用酸洗和微波照射等方法对S iO2表面进行活化,使之产生更多的羟基。用红外光谱和水合等方法研究了S iO2的表面羟基含量,结果表明,酸洗和微波照射能够使S iO2表面活化,增强S iO2表面的水合性能。
In order to increase the function of the silica to extend its application, the hydration of the silica powder obtained by the controlled hydrolysis of metal alkoxide was studied. The results indicated that the size and hydration of the silica were affected by the concentration of the ammonia and the tetraethoxysilane. More hydroxyls would be in the surface of silica after acid activation and microwave irradiation. The number of hydroxyls was determined by infra-red spectrogram, hydration, etc. As a result, acid activation and microwave irradiation could make the surface of the silica active and increase its hydration.
