阐述了工作团队与权力的基本概念,分析了现代学习型组织的工作团队中纵向与横向权力的来源及其与传统组织的区别,为团队领导者增强自身领导能力提供思路。
This paper expounds the basic conception of the work team and the authority, analyzes on the origins of the vertical and horizontal authorities in the work team of the modem leaming-type organization and the differences between the modem learning-type organization and the traditional organization, which provides the ideas of strengthening the ability of the leaders themselves.
