摘要 通过理论分析和实证研究,提出了创业团队结构的三维模型,它由角色结构、技能结构和权力结构3个主要维度组成。分析了创业团队的这3种结构对创业团队绩效的影响,识别了相应的影响因子并编制了相应的问卷。运用SPSS13.0软件对问卷的调查数据进行信度分析,结果表明模型中的因子测度项具有较高可信度;通过主成分分析对测度项做探索性因子分析,证明模型中的因子结构是合理的,最后利用lisrel8.70进行验证性分析,进一步论证了创业团队结构的3个维度。 According to extensive literature and empirical analysis, this paper proposes the tri - dimensional model of entrepreneurial team structure, it includes three dimensions such as role structure, skill structure and power structure ; and then, it explores the influence of the three structures in entrepreneurial team performance, recognizes their influencing factors and makes the relevant questionnaire. SPSS 13.0 software is applied to make reliability analysis in the investigative data of the questionnaire, which confirms our measuring items are reliable. In addition, it makes the exploratory factor analysis through principal analysis by SPSS13.0 and the confirmatory factor analysis by LISRELS. 70, Results show that the tri - dimensional model is reasonable and confirms entrepreneurial team tridimensional structure.
