摘要
针对飞机火烧构件检测中以硬度测试代替强度测试能否保证检测结果的准确性及可靠性这一问题,选用LC4CS及LY12CZ铝合金为试验材料进行烧伤模拟试验,对材料在不同温度下的机械性能与温度的关系进行了分析。试验结果表明,热处理强化后的铝合金受热损伤之后,硬度值达到规定要求时,强度值不一定能满足使用要求;硬度测试不能完全代替强度测试;单独使用硬度测试法对火烧飞机构件进行检测存在很大的隐患。为保证检测结果的准确性及可靠性,必须与其它检测方法相结合。
In order to make clear the accuracy and reliability of testing result when replacing strength testing with hardness testing in bt,rned aireraft strueture, re examination, burn simulation experiments are carried out by taking alumi num alloys LY12cz and LC4cs as lest materials. The relationship between the mechanical properties and temperature are studied. The experiment indicates that after aluminum alloy is burned by heating, while the hardness meets the requirement, the strength may not. So the strength lesting can not be replaced by hardness lesling. To examine burned alrerah struclure by hardness lesting alome will bring potential danger. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing result, it is necessary to combine with Other testing methods.
