摘要
通过模拟试验 ,研究了短时加热后T6状态的 2A5 0铝合金显微组织、力学性能和电导率的变化规律 ,分析得出抗拉强度与电导率之间的线性关系式 :σb=15 6 9 0 0 5 - 48 95 1×σ(适用于σ≥ 2 3 5MS/m) ;确定了抗拉强度合格时电导率的极限值为 :σ≤ 2 4 1MS/m。
Effects of short time heating on microstructure,mechanical property and conductivity of 2A50 aluminum alloys in T6 state were studied by a simulation test.A formula showing the linear relation between tensile strength and conductivity is analyzed and given as follows:σ_b=1569.005-48.951×σ(applicable for σ≥23.5 MS/m).The conductivity limit for acceptable tensile strength is σ≤24.1 MS/m.
