The Effect of rIL-2 on the Immune Function in Endurance Trained Mice

摘要 本文就注射rIL-2对大强度游泳训练时小鼠免疫功能的影响进行了研究。结果发现:训练可使小鼠脾淋巴细胞对ConA.LPS分裂原的增殖应答,及PFC反应明显减弱(P<0.05);训练配合腹腔注射rIL-2则可消除这种减弱,而使其应答反应明显强于安静对照组(P<0.05);训练配合腹腔注射rIL-2还可使T_4/T_8之比值明显高于单纯训练小鼠的(P<0.05)。这说明用rIL-2纠正大强度训练对小鼠免疫系统功能的副作用有一定意义。 Thirty male mice were randomly divided into four groups,rest control group(C),rest with rIL-2 injection group(Cl), endurance training group (T)and endurance training with rIL-2 injection group(TI).The T and TI mice had swum 60 min/day,6 days/week for 5 weeks before sacrifice.The results showed that after the training,the reactions of splenic lymphocytes to con A and LPS and the reaction of PEC test decreased significantly(p<0.05). The training with rIL-2 injection could attenuate the adverse effects of the training on the immune function and increase the reactions of the splenic lymphocytes to Con A and LPS significantly(p<0.05).And the results of PFC test also increased significantly(p<0.05), It could make the ratio of the T4/T8 in spleen increase significantly(p<0.05). These results suggest that the rIL-2 can attenuate the adverse effects of prolonged exercise training on immune function and enhance the host defense against diseases.
