摘要
中国的高校,已俨然成为一个个庞大的科层制组织。在这种复杂的科层制组织中,信息的传递是至关重要的,任何信息传递的阻滞都可能造成整个组织效率的降低,甚至是组织运行的紊乱。教学秘书作为高校运行的重要一环,担负起了实现“上下”和“左右”沟通的职责。更为重要的是,很多信息需要在他们这里再加工。高校秘书实际上是高校信息枢纽的运行者,而这本身也对教学秘书自身素质提出了更高的要求。
Nowadays the colleges in china just have been giant bureaucratic organizations, In these complicated bureaucratic organizations, the transmission of information is the most significant. Any block of such transmission may make a whole organization inefficient or disordered .The teaching secretary -as an important circle of the running of a college has been taking the responsibility for realizing the communication of ＂up＂ and ＂down＂. And more important, a lot of information needs him or her to rebuild. The teaching secretaries in fact are builders of the information hinge in colleges, And at the same time, this needs the teaching secretaries to be qualified.
