摘要
结合我国大型体育场馆经营管理现状,指出:大型体育场馆应引进BOT融资模式、无形资产融资模式、体育彩票融资模式及其他等多种融资模式;积极探索法人公司治理模式、物业管理模式和托管模式等管理模式;更新营销理念,树立服务营销意识,改革营销组织,创新营销组合策略,以及加强和改善营销管理等,以促进营销创新。
The operation and management innovation is important in improving the operation and economic benefits of the large gyms and stadiums. On the basis of the current operation of the large gyms and stadiums in China, this paper discusses the operation and management innovation methods of the large gyms and stadiums in China from the perspectives of financial model, managerial and marketing models. It also points out that the BOT financial model, intangible asset financial model, sports lottery financial model and other various financial models should be introduced; the corporate-body administration model, property management model and trust model should be researched. Marketing concepts of the large gyms and stadiums should be renewed, and marketing service awareness should be established, marketing organization and marketing strategies should be set up.
