摘要
针对目前我国某些产业投资新建项目由于土地投资强度不够,未能充分实现“规模效应”,甚至造成了资源闲置等现象,科学地提出了土地投资强度的计算公式,并对我国经济技术开发区的土地投资强度进行了实证研究。确定了该计算方法的有效性。它可以用来指导产业用地的集约管理工作,从而更好地实现对土地资源的有效控制。
This paper is based on some new estate investment programs, which lead to resources idle because land investment intensity is not enough, and unable to realize ＂large-scale effect＂. It not only advances the calculative method of land investment intensity, but also makes a substantial evidence rcseareh to the economic and technique developed region, and confirms that this method is effective. It can be used to guide the intensive management of the industrial land, thus realize the effective control of the land resources.
