摘要 当前中国企业核心竞争力不强,只能定位于利润最低的价值链中间的制造环节,充当“打工仔”角色。借鉴美国与日韩企业的发展经验,通过跨国并购来获取核心技术,是实现中国企业核心技术获取和企业跨越式发展的有效途径。提出跨国并购获取核心技术对于中国企业的意义及中国企业在跨国并购后应实行有效整合管理的对策建议。 At present, the core competence of China's enterprises is not strong, only located in manufacturing chain that is the lowest profit and in the center link of value chain, and acting as the "worker". In reference to the successful development experiences of American, Japanese and Korean enterprises, obtaining core technique by multinational merger and acquisition (M & A)is the valid approach to obtain core technique and to develop the core competence of China's enterprises. According to it, this paper puts forward the significance of obtaining core technique by multinational M & A. for China's enterprises, and China's enterprises should implement effective integration managemerit after multinational M & A.
