摘要 研究和选择科学合理的处置技术,以解决当前城市固体废物污染环境问题。通过综合调查和经济技术分析,比较研究了填埋、堆肥、焚烧、回收再利用等几种主要处置方式特性。重点研究了填埋处置技术,研究表明:(1)处置方式很大程度上受处置成本制约,填埋法成本最低,约为其他方法的1/3~1/10;(2)填埋法处理容量大、速度快,国内现代填埋场日处理量一般为500~2000t;(3)必要时可重新资源化;(4)填埋工程的结构和材料问题在设计、施工当中占有重要地位。分析得出卫生填埋因成本相对较低、应用前景广阔,将成为我国处置城市固体废物的发展方向。 The disposal techniques are studied and chosen scientifically to solve the problem of pollution by municipal solid wastes. The main kinds of disposal methods such as sanitary landfll, compost, incineration, and recycle are studied comparatively, according to the synthetical survey, investment and technology analysis. Sanitary landfill is studied emphatically. The results show that: ( 1 ) the disposal method is restricted by disposal cost mainly. The cost of sanitary landfill is the lowest with the percentage of 1/3 - 1/10 of others; (2) The sanitary landfill disposes waste with large capacity and fast velocity. The disposal velocity is 500 - 2 000 t a day in a modern domestic landfill. (3) it can be recycled when necessary. (4) It is very important to design and construct the structure and material in landfills. It concludes that sanitary landfill is the developing aspect for disposing solid waste landfill, due to its relative low cost and wide application foreground.
