摘要
行政执法程序是依法行政的生命线。公安机关治安管理部门在实施治安管理行为时。应当依照法定程序进行，受到执法程序的约束。目前，治安行政执法中存在着诸多程序问题，我们应探求问题产生的原因，并思考相应的对策。
The procedure of law enforcement is the lifeline of administration, so the Public security organ＇s actions in Public Order Administration must obey the pres- criptions in the law and should be restrained by the law-enforcement procedure. At present there are some problems in the procedure of Public Order Administration, we should probe into the reasons as well as countermeasures to these problems.
