共聚物结构和乳化剂种类对肝素微球的性质影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较3种不同PEG含量的PLLA-PEG-PLLA三嵌段共聚物的结构及在制备过程中乳化剂的种类对肝素微球性质的影响。方法与结果用开环聚合方法合成三嵌段共聚物,用双乳化法制得肝素微球。结论改变材料的嵌段组成、使用不同的乳化剂均会改变微球的形貌、包封率、粒径等重要性质。 Objective To investigate the effect of copolymer architecture and emulsifier type on the characteristics of microsphere, Method and Result Triblock polymers with different molecular weight, PLLA-PEG-PLLA, were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization. Microspheres containing heparin were prepared by a water-in-oil-in-water emulsification and evaporation process. Conclusion The structures of PLLA-PEG-PLLA triblock copolymer and the types of emulsifiers may relate to surface morphology, encapsulation efficiency and drug loading of the microspheres.
