血脂异常对小鼠视网膜色素上皮-玻璃膜-脉络膜毛细血管复合体影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血脂异常C57BL小鼠视网膜色素上皮-玻璃膜-脉络膜毛细血管复合体(choriocapillario-Bruch′s membrane-retinalpig mente pitheliumcomplex,CBRC)的病理改变与年龄相关性黄斑变性(age-relatedmaculardegeneration,ARMD)的相关性。方法选C57BL小鼠36只,普通饲料喂养1周后按体重随机分为3月龄普通饲料组、8月龄普通饲料组和8月龄高脂饲料组。按时处死各组动物后作血液生化指标检测,同时摘取眼球做光镜和电镜病理切片观察。结果8月龄高脂饲料组血脂、血液流变学、丙二醛(maleicdialdehyde,MDA)指标均高于3月龄、8月龄普通饲料组;8月龄高脂饲料组与3月龄、8月龄普通饲料组比较,色素上皮(retinalpigmentepithelium,RPE)厚度明显变薄,玻璃膜厚度明显增厚。结论血脂异常能够加速C57BL小鼠的CBRC的病理改变,其改变与ARMD相似。 OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between age- related maculard degeneration and the pathology of CBRC in the experimental blood lipid abnormality animal model. METHODS Choosing C57BL mice, after a week of normal forage, divide them randomly into 3 groups on the basis of weight: three months old group fed with normal forage, eight months old group fed with normal forage, eight months old group fed with high - fat dietary. On schedule, three groups were executed and checked the test index; take off all their eyeballs to make pathological section. RESULTS The blood biochemistry index of the eight months old group fed with high - fat dietary is much higher than others; the RPE thickness of the eight months old group fed with high - fat dietary is much thinner than other groups ; the Brucla membrane thickness of the eight months old group fed with high - fat dietary is much thicker than other groups. CONCLUSIONS The blood lipid abnormality can acclelerate the pathological change of the CBRC, which is similar to the ARMD.
