摘要
目的:研究头孢克肟口含片的处方工艺。方法:采用固体分散体制备头孢克肟口含片,测定其体外溶出度进行评价。结果:该法能很好的促进药物的释放。结论:该制备工艺简便,稳定性好。
Objective： To study the formulation and procedure of cefixime buccal tablets. Method： The solid dispersion method was used, dissolution was determined in vitro. Result： solid dispersion method can effective promoting the dissolution. Conclusion： the formula of this preparation is convenient and simply.
