摘要
积极开展高职高专职业技能鉴定工作,是高等职业教育主动适应社会经济发展和劳动力市场对人才需要的体现。它有利于学校做到教学过程的三个协调,即:专业设置与市场需求相协调;技能训练与岗位要求相协调;培养目标与用人标准相协调,为高职院校进一步推进教育教学改革指明了方向。
This papcr will discuss the task of vocational qualification accreditation in vocational college ,which helps vocational college adapt itself to social and economic development and meet the requirements of job markets. Vocational qualification accreditation is a good way to accomplish three coordinations, that is, to coordinate major designing to demands of society, coordinate ability educating to job position, and coordinate the teaching goal to employment standard. It also gives some directions for further teaching reform in vocational college.
