摘要
本工作选用成年雄性wistar大鼠,由平原(上海,海拔5m)直接引入高原(青海天竣,海拔3460m)低氧环境,用放射免疫法(RIA)研究了大鼠在高原环境30天慢性习眠期间,中脑内生长抑素(somatostatinSS)的含量变化。结果表明,大鼠在30天低氧环境中.中脑内SS含量出现有意义的动态变化。1—3天中脑内SS的含量趋于降低,15—30天下降非常显著(P<0.01)。据此认为,大鼠SS的合成与分泌可能受到低氧环境的影响。
dult made wistar rats brought from plain (elevation: sin, Shanghai) were studied with RIAfor the change of SS in the course of chronically adapting in the evironment of plateau hyPOxia(elevation: 3460m,Tianjun, Qinghai)for 30 days. The results were as follow, in the 30 days PlateauhyPOxin, the contents of SS was changed singificantly. The contents of SS decreased within one tothree days, but during the following one to three days increasedobviously.It began to decrease after the seventh day and significantly from 15 to 30 days (p<0. 01). our esperimental results indicated that the synthesis and secretion of SS may be influenced by the hypoxia.
