摘要
我国护理研究生教育起步远远滞后于其他专业,在开展护理硕士教育的学校中间,大多按照医学专业培养模式进行培养,要充分借鉴国外先进经验,结合本地本校特点,突出护理专业特色,探讨出中国特色的培养模式。
The education of graduate students of nursing lags far behind that of other majors in China. The universities offering the education of nursing masters mainly adopt the training mode of medical major. We need to seek after a training mode with Chinese features, by giving prominence to the traits of nursing major, fully using advanced foreign experience for reference and integrating the peculiarities of the local and the school themselves.
